Huawei Surpasses Apple

After a tough competition Huawei has surpassed Apple in the global smart phone market. As per Counterpoint's Market plus latest research Huawei have now taken the 2nd position on the smartphone sales business with Samsung still being the top in the list.

The Chinese vendor surpassed Apple in the 2017, Sept. Apple's sales decreased from 15% ( as per Sept 2016) to 11% ( as per 11 Aug). On the counter part Huawei sales have dramatically increased this year. The leading company Samsung also felt a decrease on it's sale from 20.7% to 23.3%, mainly because of the defect of its Galaxy Note 7. Along with Huawei other chinese vendors Oppo and Vivo also now have 8.1 and 6.8 percentage of the global market.
